ABOUT AMBER

A smiling woman with short black hair, wearing glasses with purple frames, and a black top, indoors with green plants in the background.

Meet Amber, the heart behind The Planted RVT. Based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, she is a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician dedicated to improving pet wellness in her community.

With a lifelong love for animals and years of hands-on experience, Amber returned to school in 2015, earned her Veterinary Technology degree, and became licensed in 2017. She has since built expertise in preventive dental care, senior and diabetic pet care, and exotic animals.

Originally from Texas, Amber moved to Ohio in 2020 and strives to be a trusted, approachable resource for local pet owners. Beyond animal care, she is also a passionate houseplant enthusiast, reflecting her commitment to nurturing all living things.

Every pet Amber cares for receives the same compassion and attention she gives her own.

ABOUT DREW

A man with glasses, wearing a blue shirt and shorts, is crouching down and petting a small brown baby alpaca lying on the ground inside a barn with wooden walls.

Alongside me is my husband, Drew Snyder, a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident whose love for animals helped bring me to this community. His natural connection with pets was clear from the start—earning the trust of even my shy dachshund, Camo, on their first meeting.

When his schedule allows, Drew joins meet-and-greets and assists during services as a handler and helper. He also supports drop-in pet sitting with walks, feedings, and playtime. Together, we make sure your pets receive attentive, reliable care while you’re away—at no extra cost.

ABOUT JULIA

A woman smiling and holding two small black and tan puppies, both with floppy ears, indoors with some shelves and household items in the background.

Julia has worked in veterinary medicine since 2017, with experience in both general practice and emergency medicine. In 2023, she graduated with her degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program, further expanding her knowledge and skills in animal care.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Julia moved to Ohio in 2017 and has remained dedicated to supporting pets and their families ever since. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is helping animals feel better and improving their quality of life. She currently serves as the office manager for Healing Point Animal Services.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and their many animals, including four dogs, three cats, a snake, and a horse. She is also a big fan of anything pasta!

We are excited to have Julia as one of the veterinary professionals who may help care for your beloved pets through The Planted RVT.
